Access to Information and Protection of Privacy

The Access to Information and Protection of Privacy (ATIPP) office is responsible for the overall coordination of the ATIPP function within the Government of Nunavut and ensures compliance with the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It provides advice and support to all public bodies responsible under the ATIPP Act and offers training to all Government of Nunavut employees.

This office provides information and support to the public and is the main liaison between the Government of Nunavut and the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Nunavut.
