Executive Council

The Executive Council (also known as Cabinet) includes the Premier's Office and the Ministers Offices. The Premier, following the framework set out by Cabinet and legislation, guides the activities of the government with the support of the Principal Secretary, Press Secretary and support staff at the Office of the Premier. The Ministers, within the general framework set out by Cabinet and legislation, guide the activities of their departments following the respective departmental business plans.
